The Main Hall
Over 4,100 sq. ft. of space to host your reception, cocktail hour, and/or ceremony of up to 150 seated guests. Consisting of two stunning rooms, the Cocktail Lounge and Reception Hall, both of which open up to an adjoined covered and heated porch.

Our Main Hall reception room features beautiful exposed wood beams and crystal country French chandeliers. Comfortably seating up to 150 seated guests with room for dancing. Also a great indoor ceremony option!

Main Hall - Cocktail Lounge
The Cocktail Lounge is attached to the Reception Room and allows for an intimate setting where guests can mingle while sipping craft cocktails in an elegant space. Featuring a stone hearth gas fire place, built in bar, and three double doors that open up to a covered and heated porch, patio, and our glorious pecan grove.

This beautiful bluestone outdoor patio is nestled between the Estate House and The Main Hall and is perfect for cocktail hour. The front porches of both the lounge and recpeption hall are equipped with recessed heaters and ceiling fans for extra comfort.

Estate House
The Estate house was originally built in 1828 by the Sanders family. Purchased and renovated in 2024, the Gotliffe’s bring a touch of modern low country elegance to this 3,500 square foot Johnston County landmark. Housing two private dressing suites, a lounge and three spacious hardwood floored gathering rooms. Perfect for smaller affairs!
